JReview Administrator

Must have:

• Should know Database design, SQL and Database Performance Tuning and optimization.
• Should have In-depth knowledge in Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting , Upgrades , DR setup and sysadmin tasks of on various platforms such as Linux.

Core Skills-

• JReview
• Java
• Programming SQL and PL/SQL
• Unix/Linux Systems
• Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Citrix knowledge

Good to have:

• Experience of Support & Maintenance, Strong knowledge of Life Science domain.

Responsibility / Expectations from the Role

• Responsible for JReview platform to manage, transpose and analyze its clinical data and responsible for providing expert level support to manage, troubleshoot and enhance the JReview platform.
• Implementation, cloning and upgrading the JReview systems on a regulated environment (e.g. GxP)
• Applying JReview patches, supporting users for application-specific issues post upgrades, refreshes & cloning and perform Code reviews
• Participate in user requirements and specification meetings, produce user specification documentation based upon client business requirements and work closely with various Pharma departments to coordinate efforts to meet deadlines
• Assist with root cause analysis of technical problems JReview environments
• Work with 3rd party support as needed to own and resolve technical issues that may arise either from the existing implementation or ongoing product enhancements
• Access and analyze requirements needed to implement changes and advise on the options available to support the request within the system constraints while assessing potential risks an impacts.
• Assist with implementing regulated changes to the JReview system and its supporting tools
